Last spring we listed our ranch with Amber after having heard great things about her real estate skills. Immediately she impressed us with her friendliness, abilities, work ethic and professionalism. She came up with many creative ideas, and her background/education as a graphic artist provided a wonderful presentation and advertising of the ranch--everything from high quality card stock flyers to multiple social media sites, and from drone videos to high end photography. She made herself available constantly and communicated frequently. She knew and weekly analyzed the market, showed which advertising was working, boldly set a price recommendation and then proceeded to obtain a full price offer. She led us through the selling process with good advice at each step and represented us with attention to detail up to and beyond the closing. We had very high expectations for her, and she exceeded them in every area. We have bought and sold a lot of homes and properties. Amber is the best agent we've had, and we recommend her without any reservation whatsoever. You will not be disappointed.

But Amber really shines with her inside knowledge of Sandpoint and a vast circle of friends and contacts.
